3. New Business: Word put out through Facebook MPES group seeking new secretary to replace Tannis Caverly, who has stepped down.
4. Nominations/Votes:
a. Secretary: Dani Melnyk nominated by Brandy Robinson - Passed
b. Treasurer: Amy Armstrong nominated by Eva Scrimshaw - Passed
